Lendery (the "Service") is a business-to-business lead marketplace. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information in connection with the Service. Lendery is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not guarantee any loan outcome.
Lender account information. When a lender registers, we collect name, company, email, phone, and a hashed password. If a lender subscribes, we collect billing identifiers from our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store card numbers on our servers.
Borrower lead information. Staff manually enter borrower lead records including contact details and qualification data (employment, income, credit tier, debts, and category-specific fields). This data is provided to Lendery by borrowers themselves (through our channels or partner sources) for the purpose of connecting them with lenders.
Usage information. Standard server logs, audit entries for add/edit/delete/upload actions, IP addresses, and records of which leads a lender has viewed.
We use lender information to provide the Service, authenticate users, bill subscriptions, and communicate about the account. We use borrower lead information to populate the lender dashboard, provide search and filter functionality, and enable CSV export by subscribed lenders.
Borrower information is made available to subscribed lenders for evaluation purposes. Lenders are independent third parties and are solely responsible for their use of the data in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to TILA, ECOA, FCRA, GLBA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and state lending and privacy statutes.
Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. Database queries use prepared statements. Payment data is handled by Stripe under their security standards. Despite reasonable safeguards, no system is completely secure.
Lead records are retained while relevant to lender pipelines unless the borrower requests removal. Audit logs are retained for compliance and security purposes.
